CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Initially, this phase of real estate development involves the selection of the construction team and an appropriate construction delivery system for the intended design solution, and ultimately focuses on the monitoring the quality, costs, and timing of its completion.
During this critical phase, TMG, will work with our client to identify a construction strategy, and select a contractor who will be able to deliver the design solution. Selection of the construction team will be based upon function, performance, liquidity, net worth, management team and depth of experience. TMG is well versed in working with their clientele, and legal counsel, in the preparation of construction agreements.
Throughout the process TMG, will constantly monitor the progress of the construction activity, in order to ensure quality, schedule and cost commitments.
