Description:
While in the employ of the Developer, Mr. Melsom was responsible for development of 70-acre mixed-use office park, in Temple Terrace, Florida. Utilized wetland system for storm water management resulting in an infrastructure cost savings and increase in net developable acreage. Annexed property into the City of Temple Terrace to benefit from reduced property taxes and friendly regulatory environment. Also, Amended Development of Regional Impact to unify property under separate ownership and increase entitlements.

- Coordinated acquisition with seller, as well as purchase money option agreement
