This project involved the redevelopment of Huber’s Marina, and the Bent Pine Condominium Community. Nautico NKA Loggerhead Marina is a full service marina, providing a full compliment of services and facilities, and 72 multi-family pad sites, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. In the employ of the developer, Mr. Robert Melsom, of The Melsom Group, was responsible for managing all of the services noted below, and acted as Interim Director of Operations.
