BELLA VENETIA, VENICE, FLORIDA
Description:
Bella Venetia is planned to be an upscale, mixed use community, based upon the village concept. The 407-Acre Property is located within the Laurel Road corridor in Venice, Florida. In the employ of the developer, Mr. Robert Melsom, of TMG, was responsible for creating the concept for a vibrant; Class A mixed use community. He also managed and directed every aspect of the pre-development/pre-construction process as noted above. The project was placed on hold in early 2006, due to a perceived lack in the demand for the product in the market place, just prior to submitting for site and development plan approval, and completing the architectural design process.
